Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee various IT projects within our dynamic ed-tech organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Manage project execution, track progress, and identify/mitigate risks and issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of project deliverables.
- Communicate project status, updates, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Implement and refine project management best practices and processes.
