IT Project Manager

Role Summary:
IHCL is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects across our hotel and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and hospitality industry specific technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and manage internal IT resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as appropriate.
