IT Project Manager (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects within the pulp and paper industry, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a graduate with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a keen interest in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.

Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.

Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations and are properly documented.

Support the closing of projects, including post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
