Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will involve managing IT projects within the FinTech and Payments domain, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal understanding to navigate compliance and regulatory aspects of projects, alongside traditional project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close IT projects within the FinTech and Payments sector, adhering to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively seeking solutions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the Indian financial sector.
- Assist in drafting project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports, leveraging LLB knowledge.
- Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, and make necessary adjustments.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in IT project management within the organization.
