Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at CaratLane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent to support our rapidly growing technology needs within the e-commerce and jewellery sectors. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes and other HR initiatives.
