Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Zinnov. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified IT candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent to support our growing consulting business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
