IT Recruiter

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the technology landscape. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions within our organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role does not require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment progress.
Stay informed about current IT trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
