Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our fast-growing FinTech startup. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various technology domains to support our rapid expansion. This role requires a proactive approach, strong understanding of the tech landscape, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.

Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT recruitment.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
