IT Recruiter - Clinical Research / Contract Research Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for identifying and attracting top IT talent within the fast-paced Clinical Research and Contract Research industry. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we meet our growing technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract qualified IT professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.

Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for roles within the clinical research domain.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future IT hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment, particularly within the life sciences sector.
