IT Recruiter - Fitness & Wellness (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a background in design (M.Des) and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our rapidly growing fitness and wellness company. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche IT talent, with a focus on roles that may benefit from design thinking and user experience understanding.
* Conduct thorough candidate screening, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews, to evaluate suitability for IT roles within the fitness and wellness tech ecosystem.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical and creative requirements, translating them into effective recruitment plans.
* Utilize design thinking principles to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials that resonate with top-tier IT professionals.
* Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical IT positions, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
* Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and the competitive landscape within the IT and fitness technology sectors.
* Leverage your M.Des background to assess candidates' creative problem-solving abilities and their potential to contribute to product development and user experience within the wellness domain.
