Job Description
Role Summary: The IT Security Consultant will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and managing security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure, data, and guest information. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of IT systems, networks, and applications.
Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Design and deploy security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security.
Monitor security alerts and incidents, and respond effectively to contain and remediate threats.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Indian laws) and industry-specific security standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
Conduct security awareness training for employees.
Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
