Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Security professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing security measures to protect our organization's computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, best practices, and emerging threats within the hardware and networking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor network and system activities for security breaches and intrusions.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Respond to security incidents and perform forensic analysis.
- Implement and manage security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus software.
- Educate and train employees on security awareness and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of system design and implementation.
- Manage access control and identity management systems.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
