Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Security professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our company's digital assets, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems, and developing and implementing robust security policies and procedures within the dynamic environment of the gems and jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, and respond effectively to security breaches.
- Manage and configure security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus software.
- Oversee access control mechanisms and user authentication to ensure data security.
- Plan and execute security awareness training programs for employees.
- Stay abreast of the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend appropriate security measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports on findings and remediation steps.
