Role Summary:
Zoho Corporation is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Security professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our organization's digital assets, networks, and systems from cyber threats. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, hands-on implementation, and continuous monitoring to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information infrastructure. You will work closely with various IT teams to implement robust security measures and respond to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
- Monitor security alerts and events, investigate potential security breaches, and implement incident response plans.
- Manage and configure security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, and SIEM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide security awareness training to employees and promote a security-conscious culture.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
