IT Security Specialist - Other - Industrial Automation Sector

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Security Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our industrial automation systems and sensitive data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust security measures, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) environments. This position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practical experience in applying them within an industrial context.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and controls for IT and OT environments.
2. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests on industrial control systems and networks.
3. Monitor security alerts and incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches.
4. Implement and maintain security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security.
5. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate security best practices into the design and deployment of industrial automation solutions.
6. Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.
7. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the industrial automation sector.
