Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware for our employees across various departments within the entertainment industry. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests from employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and equipment.
- Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
