Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and assisting in the implementation of new IT solutions within our growing steel manufacturing operations. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
• Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
