Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist in the maintenance and upgrade of IT systems and infrastructure.
