Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined individual with an M.Tech degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our IT Support team in Mumbai. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, providing timely technical assistance, and supporting our software product development environment. You will work closely with senior IT professionals to resolve hardware, software, and network issues, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, solutions, and system configurations.
• Support IT security policies and procedures, including user account management and basic security troubleshooting.
• Assist in IT asset management and inventory control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
