IT Vendor Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management professional to join our dynamic team at Trivitron Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products, and optimizing vendor performance to support our business objectives in the medical devices and equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT vendor management strategies aligned with Trivitron's business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and select IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all IT-related vendor interactions.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure vendor compliance with Trivitron's IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage IT procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through vendor management.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all vendor contracts, performance data, and communication.
