Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management professional to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management within the IT services industry. This role requires a B.Sc degree and 6-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT vendor management strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiation, renewal, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all vendor engagements.
- Manage IT procurement processes, from requirement gathering to contract closure.
- Mitigate risks associated with IT vendor relationships and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define vendor requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Track and report on vendor performance metrics and financial expenditures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management.
