IT Vendor Management (3-4 Yrs) at Dish TV India Limited

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT Vendor Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will hold a BBA/BBM degree and possess a strong understanding of IT procurement, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring within the dynamic TV/Radio industry. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our IT vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee relationships with IT vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with new and existing IT vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and business units to understand their technology needs and identify suitable vendor solutions.
- Manage the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services, from requisition to delivery.
- Track vendor spending and budgets, providing regular reports on financial performance.
- Mitigate risks associated with IT vendor engagements, including security, operational, and financial risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management.
