IT Vendor Management - Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated IT Vendor Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for managing our IT vendors and ensuring seamless technology operations within the fast-paced Consumer, Retail & Hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Oversee the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and onboarding.

Monitor vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices in all vendor interactions.

Manage IT budgets related to vendor contracts and expenditures.

Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and align vendor services accordingly.
