IT Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our IT vendor relationships, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with our business objectives. This role involves contract negotiation, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and fostering strong partnerships with our technology providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT vendor lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Negotiate and manage IT contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to ensure favorable terms and cost savings.
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and established KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular vendor reviews and performance assessments.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT vendor engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors, resolving issues and building strong working relationships.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and business units to understand their technology needs and ensure vendor solutions meet requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management.
