IT Vendor Management Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and managing contracts and performance to support our facility management operations across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with IT vendors.
- Track and analyze vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT vendor engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT vendor-related issues and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Manage IT procurement processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure vendor services meet expectations.
