Japanese Language Instructor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Japanese Language Instructor to join our team. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Japanese language training programs tailored for our employees in the Animation & VFX industry. The goal is to enhance communication skills for potential collaborations with Japanese clients and studios, and to foster a deeper understanding of Japanese culture within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a curriculum for Japanese language courses, from beginner to intermediate levels, focusing on business and industry-specific vocabulary.
- Conduct engaging and interactive language classes, both in-person and online.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students.
- Develop supplementary learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and cultural notes.
- Organize cultural immersion activities and workshops to enhance understanding of Japanese business etiquette and customs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
