Japanese Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Japanese Teacher to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in Japanese language and culture, who also possesses an LLB degree, bringing a unique perspective to our educational programs. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Japanese language curriculum to employees, fostering a supportive learning environment, and contributing to cross-cultural understanding within our multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive Japanese language courses tailored to adult learners, focusing on conversational fluency, grammar, and cultural nuances.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
- Conduct interactive classes, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide timely reports.
- Organize and facilitate cultural exchange activities to enhance understanding of Japanese customs and etiquette.
- Leverage your LLB background to potentially incorporate aspects of legal terminology or cross-cultural legal communication in advanced modules, if applicable.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and advancements in Japanese language education.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training objectives with company goals.
