Japanese Teacher - Furniture & Furnishing Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese Teacher with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for enhancing cross-cultural understanding and communication within our organization, particularly for employees interacting with Japanese clients or partners in the Furniture & Furnishing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, ideally a B.Tech/B.E., combined with a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of Japanese language and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons tailored to corporate professionals, focusing on business etiquette and industry-specific terminology.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate language acquisition and cultural competency.

Create and adapt teaching materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and exercises, to suit the needs of learners with a B.Tech/B.E. background.

Organize and facilitate cultural exchange activities and workshops to foster a deeper understanding of Japanese business practices and social customs.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

Stay updated on the latest trends in language teaching methodologies and Japanese culture.
