Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Jewellery Designer to join our team. While UPL Limited is a leading agrochemical company, this role is within our corporate branding and employee recognition division, focusing on designing unique and high-quality jewellery pieces that reflect our company's values and heritage for special employee awards and corporate gifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative jewellery pieces, including rings, pendants, earrings, and bracelets.
- Develop detailed sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings for production.
- Select appropriate materials, gemstones, and metals, considering aesthetics, durability, and cost.
- Collaborate with artisans and manufacturers to ensure designs are executed to the highest quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery design trends, techniques, and market demands.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Present design concepts and final products to stakeholders.
