Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent 4th Engineer with a Diploma in Engineering and 1-2 years of experience to join our facilities management team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will support the operational efficiency of our infrastructure, assisting senior engineers in maintenance, repairs, and system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the routine inspection and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Support the execution of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any anomalies or potential issues.
- Participate in troubleshooting and repair activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond to maintenance requests and assist in resolving facility-related issues promptly.
- Learn and apply new technologies and methodologies in facility management.
