Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the import and export domain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate our product/service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
