Join our team as Account Director (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction within the building materials sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and client management principles. A postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence within key accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met and to drive product adoption.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales progress, and client feedback to senior management.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
