Join our team as Accounts Payable Executive (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate with 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable functions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, and timely payments to vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded in the accounting system.

Verify and reconcile vendor statements with internal records.

Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and other methods.

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and filing systems.

Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
