Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Intern/Trainee. This role will provide hands-on experience in utilizing 3D printing technologies to develop and prototype new components and solutions for our agricultural chemical processes and equipment. You will work closely with our engineering and R&D teams to support innovation and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of various 3D printing machines (e.g., FDM, SLA).
- Prepare 3D models for printing using slicing software.
- Print prototypes and functional parts according to design specifications.
- Perform post-processing of 3D printed parts, including cleaning, sanding, and finishing.
- Conduct basic material testing and quality checks on printed components.
- Support the design team in iterating on 3D models based on feedback and test results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment for the 3D printing lab.
- Document printing processes, material usage, and test results.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in additive manufacturing relevant to the agrochemical industry.
