We are seeking a dynamic and safety-conscious Adventure Sports Guide with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. While the primary role involves leading and managing adventure activities, we are particularly interested in candidates with an M.Pharma background due to our unique requirements for ensuring participant well-being and safety protocols, potentially involving knowledge of first aid and emergency response related to physical exertion and environmental factors.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead various adventure sports activities (e.g., trekking, rafting, camping) for groups of varying sizes and ages.

Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing rules, providing clear instructions, and monitoring activities.

Conduct pre-activity briefings and post-activity debriefings, including risk assessments.

Administer basic first aid and emergency medical assistance, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge for informed decision-making in critical situations.

Maintain and inspect adventure sports equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Develop and implement safety procedures and emergency action plans.

Provide guidance and support to participants, fostering a positive and engaging experience.

Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
