Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Aircraft / Flight Technician with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our operations in Kolkata. This role is crucial for maintaining the airworthiness and operational readiness of our specialized aircraft fleet, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems and components as per technical manuals and company procedures.
- Perform diagnostic tests and identify faults in aircraft electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Execute repairs, replacements, and modifications to aircraft parts and equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and service bulletins.
- Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately in the logbooks and maintenance records.
- Assist in the preparation and servicing of aircraft for flights.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
