Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets related to project performance, market trends, operational efficiency, and financial metrics within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business development teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support new project identification and development.
- Utilize statistical techniques and analytical tools to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and their applications in the infrastructure and real estate industries.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis process.
