Join our team as Animation Director (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and experienced Animation Director with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Des degree to lead our animation initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing the production of engaging animated content for our corporate training, marketing, and client communication materials. You will guide a team of animators and designers, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our brand vision and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative vision and execution of all animated projects, from concept development to final delivery.

Direct and mentor a team of animators and designers, providing clear feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.

Develop storyboards, style guides, and animatics to effectively communicate creative concepts.

Ensure animation quality, consistency, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, training, and IT, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in animation and motion graphics.
