Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to understand technical specifications and client needs.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
- Support the deployment and configuration of railway software applications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for product improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application usage and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with internal technical teams and external clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by understanding customer pain points and mapping them to our solutions.
