We are seeking a motivated Application Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our clients' applications, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand application requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces and solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application development and design.
