Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our Assessment / Advisory team. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing strategic advice, and supporting clients in navigating complex business challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver impactful insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of client business processes, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic advisory solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in assessment and advisory services.
- Support business development activities and client relationship management.
