Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of company assets.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of assets to verify their condition, location, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.

Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, procurement) to ensure effective asset lifecycle management.

Prepare reports on asset status, performance, and financial implications for management review.

Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations concerning asset management.

Support in the development and execution of asset replacement and upgrade plans.
