We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director to join our legal and compliance team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory affairs, and a proven track record in contract management and legal advisory within the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support to various business units on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, and joint venture documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly those relevant to the chemical industry in India.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory filings, and statutory compliances.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks.
