Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Producer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. The Assistant Producer will play a key role in supporting the production lifecycle of aviation-related projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and efficient resource management. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of aviation engineering and production projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, status updates, and technical specifications.
Support in the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Liaise with vendors and external stakeholders as needed.
