This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a background in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) who are keen to apply their skills in the technology sector, specifically in quality assurance and software testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using various automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs within a defect tracking system.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings, providing updates on testing progress and challenges.
- Leverage your business acumen to understand the end-user perspective and ensure the software meets business requirements effectively.
