Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations at upGrad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and operational tasks within our Chandigarh office. You will be instrumental in managing daily activities, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our EdTech platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a B.Des background looking to gain experience in the operational side of a fast-growing EdTech startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
Support the coordination of internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Help in organizing and scheduling meetings, workshops, and other events.
Liaise with different departments to gather information and facilitate operational workflows.
Maintain and update databases and internal systems with accurate information.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the back office functions.
Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.
