We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our team as a Bank Teller / Clerk. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in the banking and financial services sector within a dynamic BPM environment. You will be responsible for performing various clerical and transactional duties to ensure efficient and accurate customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure accuracy in all cash handling procedures.
Assist with account opening, closing, and other administrative tasks as required.
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Utilize banking software and systems to perform daily tasks.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
