Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing / Planning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to strategic resource planning within our hospitality operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate billing systems and procedures.
Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth billing cycles.
Prepare regular billing reports and present findings to management.
Assist in resource planning and forecasting to support operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant billing regulations and company policies.
Support the implementation of new billing software or system upgrades.
