Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Brew Master with 2-4 years of experience to join our Industrial Automation division in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our brewing operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficient production. This role does not require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and implement brewing recipes and processes to meet quality and production targets.
- Monitor and control fermentation, maturation, and filtration stages.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Manage raw material inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Operate and maintain brewing equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to optimize processes.
- Maintain detailed production records and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the brewing department.
