Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive insights and support strategic decision-making within our professional services framework. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a B.Sc degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform data analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data models and analytical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance and reporting processes.
